SoulCollage® is an intuitive and
easy-to-learn collage process created by Seena Frost, author and therapist, for tending your soul.
In the SoulCollage® workshops, I provide a space for safe self-discovery as well as a sense of community within the group. Using your intuition as a guide, you simply choose printed images that speak to you. Then, you cut the images out and glue them onto cards. SoulCollage® is a personal process offering glimpses of your inner consciousness. Some of your images will symbolize parts of yourself that you already understand, others will be more mysterious and take some time to understand. Using Shamanic Sound with SoulCollage®: It is my experience that harmonic sound and pure intention generate an alchemical third-force that has the potential for profound transformational effects. Harmonic sound with out words, made in my case with a crystal bowl, tibetan brass bowl(s), rattles, drum, and my voice is a tool for altering brain processing by stimulating an increase in the body’s relaxation and activity within the right hemisphere of the brain. Such states of consciousness can create greater fluidity of mind and thereby allowing access to more creative and mythical realms.
